About the job
Company Description
Logic Lounge is built around a simple idea - making mental health care more available, accessible, and affordable.
We support children, teenagers, and adults across a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our approach is practical, client-focused, and tailored to each individual.
We're a team of 35+ psychologists and continuing to grow, working across clinics in North Sydney, Parramatta, Hornsby, Drummoyne, Engadine, Pymble, Auburn and surrounding areas, along with Telehealth services.
We work across a broad mix of referral streams including Medicare/private, WorkCover (SIRA), CTP, Victims Services, NDIS, and EAP, as well as supporting court report work where relevant. We also have an in-house psychiatrist, allowing for more integrated care when needed.
We've built a strong and consistent referral base over time, which means clinicians are supported with steady demand and a reliable caseload.
The Role
We're looking for Registered Psychologists, Clinical Psychology Registrars, and Clinical Psychologists to join our team across multiple locations.
This is a therapy-focused role with a consistent and varied caseload.
You will:
- Provide ongoing, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Work across a mix of referral streams (Medicare, WorkCover, CTP, Victims Services, NDIS, etc.)
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
- Build strong, practical therapeutic relationships with clients
- Maintain clear and accurate clinical notes
- Conduct psychological assessments where required (a smaller part of the role)
- Work alongside a broader team of psychologists and support staff
- Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment
Most clinicians are able to build a consistent caseload relatively quickly and maintain full or near-full diaries.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Psychologist (AHPRA), Clinical Psychology Registrar, or Clinical Psychologist
- Solid skills in therapy and client engagement
- Experience working with common presentations (e.g. anxiety, depression, trauma)
- Comfortable working with a mix of clients across different age groups
- Able to manage a clinical caseload with consistency and reliability
- Experience or interest in WorkCover, CTP, Victims Services, NDIS, or EAP work (helpful but not essential)
- Willingness to keep learning and developing professionally
- A team-first mindset — someone approachable, reliable, and positive in how they work with others
Why Join Logic Lounge
- Strong, consistent client flow - you won't be left with an empty diary
- A varied caseload across multiple referral streams
- Flexibility across locations and working arrangements
- A supportive, down-to-earth team (35+ psychologists and growing)
- Access to multidisciplinary support, including an in-house psychiatrist
- Dedicated admin and intake support — you can focus on clinical work
- Opportunity to shape your caseload based on your interests
- Support available for clinical registrars working toward endorsement
- A workplace focused on long-term sustainability, not burnout
Qualifications
- Expertise in Psychology and Mental Health care
- Skills in Counseling and supporting individuals with diverse challenges
- Full Registration with Medicare
- National registration as a practicing psychologist with AHPRA
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and work empathetically with clients
- Experience working within NDIS, EAP, or WorkCover (SIRA) frameworks is advantageous
If you're looking for a role where you can focus on therapy, build a steady caseload, and be part of a solid, supportive team - we'd be happy to have a conversation.
