We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Services Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating various services related to construction projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction services coordination and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all services related to construction projects, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other specialized services.
- Work closely with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information.
- Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of services provided, changes, and approvals.
- Generate regular reports on service coordination activities, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Identify and address any challenges or obstacles in service coordination promptly and efficiently.
- Propose and implement effective solutions to enhance the overall efficiency of services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in services coordination within the construction industry with Australia
- Experience working across projects upwards on $70m
- Ideally previous experience on largescale residential developments, commercial, health or education projects
- Strong knowledge of construction services, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
