We are currently seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our team and focus on new client acquisition and revenue growth. This is a sales-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and converting opportunities, while working closely with an experienced recruitment team.
The Role
- Identify, target and secure new recruitment clients
- Build and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Proactively generate job opportunities and qualified leads
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to client onboarding
- Work closely with recruiters to hand over new roles
- Proven experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and results-focused mindset
- Professional, confident and commercially aware
- Motivated to build long-term client partnerships
- Office-based role in North Sydney
