About the Role
This role will coordinate critical stakeholders and manage the bid process to assist with the conversion of large sales opportunities in Corporate and Government.
You will play an essential role in producing tender submissions, ensuring the process is structured and timely, as well as write bid content and assist in preparing client presentations post-bid submission. You will also provide stakeholders with tracking reports and status updates on the progress of bids.
You will collaborate with the finance, sales, marketing and service teams on strategy and delivering key messages. You will work together to provide ongoing improvements to the bid process by identifying risks and opportunities and develop, maintain our bid content library.
About You
- A minimum of 2 year's bids experience.
- Proven track record of contributing to compliant and winning bids in the technology space.
- Good understanding of bid procedures, governance, and processes.
- Proficient in MS 365 Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Experience in using Salesforce and Adobe Indesign.
