Finance Manager
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller/Manager to oversee end-to-end finance operations, deliver accurate and timely financial information, and strengthen financial controls. This role will provide leadership across accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial accounting and reporting, including month-end close, reconciliations, and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and oversee major transactions.
- Manage cashflow, banking, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Oversee capital expenditure processes and feasibility models.
- Coordinate with auditors and prepare financial content for board reporting.
- Drive finance process improvements and ensure adherence to policies.
- Lead and develop the finance team, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
